1.1 Nature of the Agreement

2.3 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 21vip is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Your deposit must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

21vip offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer applies only once per customer
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering requirements have been met
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud
• 21vip reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse
• The right to change bonus terms and conditions is reserved

6.1 Fair Play Policy

8.2 Voluntary Closure
